This property was 3 level house situated in the heart of a courtyard in Mayfair next to the Thai Embassy. We added another 2 levels on top of house creating 2 more bedrooms and more bathroom. Originally this property was 1 bedroom with a kitchen lounge and after works it became a 3 bedroom property with 3.5 bathrooms, a separate lounge and kitchen. We carried out renovation of the entire property to a standard in keeping with its location in central Mayfair.
