Capital House Projects is a London and Surrey based construction company specialising in large home extensions, full house refurbishments, basement construction and loft extensions. We work primarily with homeowners looking to transform their properties through high-quality, well-managed building projects.

Established in 2012 following the merger of two well-established construction companies, our team brings over 40 years of combined experience in the building industry. We deliver a wide range of residential and commercial works, including refurbishments, extensions, basements, garden houses and concrete works, such as concrete pads for warehouses and industrial spaces.

Our reputation is built on quality workmanship, attention to detail and a straightforward, honest approach. We are approachable and friendly, and we only ever charge for work that has been completed. We also stand by our work long after handover — if any issues arise once a project is finished, we will always return to put them right.
